PG Direct Care does not bill insurance for visits. Instead, members pay a simple monthly membership fee that covers access to their provider and many primary care services.
Many members still choose to carry insurance for services such as hospital care, specialist visits, or emergencies.

I strongly recommend all my patients carry insurance to cover emergency room visits, diagnostics, specialty care, surgical care and other ancillary services.

Your membership includes unlimited appointments, direct access through virtual visits, phone calls, and secure messaging, a full one-hour initial visit, unlimited follow-up visits, and coordination of labs, imaging, prescriptions, and referrals when needed.

Members can schedule virtual visits, phone consultations, or send secure messages when they need care. Many common health concerns can be evaluated and treated remotely.
If additional testing or specialty care is required, we help coordinate those services.

Yes. Individual and family memberships have no long-term contracts and can be canceled at any time.

Founding Members are the first 200 patients who join PG Direct Care. Founding Members receive the special $89 monthly rate (waived enrollment fee) for as long as their membership remains active.

Founding Member rates apply only while your membership remains active. If a membership is canceled, re-enrollment may be subject to current membership pricing and availability.

Yes. PG Direct Care offers pediatric care for many common childhood illnesses and health concerns.
Children must be enrolled with a parent or legal guardian who is also a member.

We manage a wide range of common health concerns including preventive care, chronic disease management, acute illnesses, mental health support, and lifestyle health guidance.

If additional testing or specialty care is needed, we can help coordinate lab orders, imaging studies, prescriptions, and referrals to trusted specialists.

Yes. At registration a release of records form will be provided. Once completed your previous primary care provider can forward your records to our service.
