Nicholas Green is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with more than 17 years of healthcare experience. He began his career in physical therapy before earning his BSN from Shenandoah University in 2013, then his MSN and FNP certification from Chamberlain University. He has proudly served as a nurse practitioner for nearly seven years across family medicine, emergency medicine, internal medicine, rural health, and pediatrics.

A significant portion of his career was dedicated to rural and underserved communities across Texas — deepening his belief that every community deserves accessible, high-quality care regardless of geography. That mission brought him to Wyoming and to PG Direct Care.

His philosophy is simple: patients deserve a provider who listens, cares deeply, and advocates for their health. Originally from Arkansas, Nicholas enjoys fishing, hunting, barbecuing, and time with his fiancée and three dogs — Henry, Shay, and Lucy.
