Agreement & roster

Once it's a fit, we'll send the employer agreement. After signing, you submit your employee roster and we set up your group account.

Step 3

Employee enrollment

Each employee receives a welcome email with a brief intake form. Membership activates immediately — no insurance verification, no waiting period.

Care begins
